Documents that must accompany applications: The following is a list of documents that must accompany the completed application. This list is provided so that applicants can start to collect the supporting documentation in advance, however Criminal Background Checks and Drivers Abstract must be dated no more than 30 days prior to the date that application is made. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate Proof of Current Standard First Aid and Level C CPR Copy of Nova Scotia Class 5 License or Equivalent for out of Province Applicants Copy of Nova Scotia Drivers Abstract demonstrating responsible and safe drving behaviour with a record of no more than 4 dermit points Criminal Background Check showing no record exists or in pending Résumé $100.00 Application Fee (cash or cash equilvalent)
