Nancy Sweeney
Executive Assistant

Nancy is responsible for providing senior administrative services to the Executive Director.  For two decades her managerial career has included senior positions utilizing her diverse skills in marketing, promotion, community/government relations and event management.   Nancy has been on the organizing team for many national hockey and curling events; honoured with several corporate achievement awards; advocated and educated on behalf of The Lung Association; and enjoyed numerous years as a guest on Live at 5 and Breakfast Television.   Nancy also coordinated the October 2003 Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) national conference held in Halifax and volunteered in the operations centre during Hurricane Juan (an eventful 10 days!).
